| Patrick began his
speaking career while in college at the University of Southern
Mississippi. He was the student director of P.A.C.E.R.S (programs of
assistance, counseling, and educational resources for students), a
student ran group that spoke to high schools and colleges across the
state of Mississippi on timely issues ranging from drug and alcohol
abuse to date rape.

| When not
speaking, Patrick continues to write and perform in Nashville
Tennessee where he spent the last 10 years writing songs for a music
row publishing company. He trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu, which is the martial art of grappling and submission
wrestling. Patrick did not start his martial arts training until he
was 30 years old, and will eagerly tell you that you are never too
old to take on new challenges. Patrick says “we are all competitors,
whether in the classroom, in our occupations, or on the mat. The
person who wins, is the one who chooses to do so.” |
