Meet Patrick
For a decade, Patrick Henry thrived as a Nashville-based songwriter and a featured performer on SiriusXM Radio's comedy channels. He masterfully blends music, humor, and actionable business strategies to help companies and organizations enhance their customer, client, and coworker experiences. For twenty years, as an in-demand, full-time professional speaker, Patrick captivated audiences at 50-60 events annually. However, in 2020, his career took an exciting turn. The pandemic opened the door for Patrick to join forces with his college roommate in founding Monarchchem, an eco-friendly herbicide company dedicated to those who care about the environment. Their product, Lonarch, can now be found on Amazon.com, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware, Siteone, and hundreds of independent stores nationwide. While Patrick continues to speak to corporations, associations, franchises, and education groups, he now enriches his presentations with real-world business experience, delighting audiences nationwide with his unique style. Patrick is hired by meeting planners who are looking to boost employee morale, increase sales and elevate customer experience.
When not on the road speaking, Patrick loves spending time with his family in North Carolina. His son Jack is a graduate of NC State University followed closely by Robert, a sophmore at NC State. His daughter Meredith dances for her high school dance team having won a national championship in 2023. Patrick and his wife Lesley celebrate 20 years of marriage this year and love to travel.
